He has been instrumental in modernizing Nepal's banking sector, introducing ultra-modern technologies and modern managerial skills. He has also led renewable energy projects in Nepal, India, and the USA. Holds a Master's Degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila.

Robin Nepal is a banking and financial services expert with over 32 years of experience in Nepal's commercial banking sector. He has led initiatives in business and digital banking, operations, and risk management. A pioneer in Nepal's digital payments ecosystem, he currently works as an independent consultant, trainer, and financial literacy advocate.

An accomplished HR leader with over 10 years of experience in strategic human resource management and talent acquisition.
